At Walker Family Goods, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
